There're 2 (two) delivery options for a booking:
Exact Time - a provider will come at a specific time, most convenient for a customer. Customers can pick any exact time that they want a provider to come, between 9 AM - 8 PM.
Flexible Time - a provider will pick and come at a specific time between 9 AM - 8 PM, most convenient for them. Customers will be notified about the exact time in a day before a booking.
