Done will happily re-clean any area you are not satisfied with or credit your account. You can request a re-clean service by email ( or via Support Chat on our website. Your request should be within 24 hours of the completed service.

In addition, the following types of items are not eligible for re-clean or refund:

  • Items not on the checklist

  • Free cleaning appointments

  • Other free re-cleans

  • Places not in standard condition (biohazards, hoarding, etc.);

  • Post-construction/post-renovation cleanings; and

  • Move-in/out cleanings.

There is no limit on how many free re-cleans you can receive throughout your relationships with Done. Please note that if you receive a free re-clean, any extra services you add to the free re-clean that were not part of the original service would not be complimentary.
