If there's an area of your home or office where the cleaning didn't meet expectations, we will happily re-clean it at no cost or give you a refund! Just let us know what needs fixing via email (info@doneclean) or live chat (via website or app) and a member of our team will be back in action as soon as possible. Your request should be within 24 hours of the completed service.
In addition, the following types of items are not eligible for re-clean or refund:
Items not on the checklist
Free cleaning appointments
Other free re-cleans
Places not in standard condition (biohazards, hoarding, etc.)
Post-construction/post-renovation cleanings
There is no limit on how many free re-cleans you can receive throughout your relationships with Done. Please note that if you receive a free re-clean, any extra services you add to the free re-clean that were not part of the original service would not be complimentary.
