About half of the customers aren't home at the appointment time. Whether or not you're at the space make sure you provide accurate instructions for gaining entry to the home.
It's never too late to inform your cleaner!
Select "Your orders" in the main menu
Tap upcoming cleaning and select your order
Scroll to the bottom and tap "Edit details"
Leave your instructions in the "Special notes" section
Tap Continue and Save!
