Promo code didn't work

Here are some important things to know if your promo code didn't apply to your booking

  • You must enter the promo code before or during the checkout for it to apply;

  • A promo code applies to only one booking, and any leftover value disappears;

  • Promos can have expiration dates;

  • Some promos only apply in specific areas;

  • You can see the details of your promotions in the "Promos" section of your app menu.
