We affirm the compliance with the order of the New York City commissioner of Health requiring vaccination of workers since December 27, 2021.

All professionals at Done are required to wear a face-covering mask while completing a cleaning as per the CDC’s recommendation to slow the spread of the virus.

Every provider is required to confirm that they are not experiencing a fever, cough, or shortness of breath and committing to following CDC and local health regulations before every booking.

We are communicating the CDC’s health and safety guidelines and best practices to customers and providers to be followed before, during, and after every service.

We are compensating our professionals for using EPA-approved cleaning products and providing them with guidance on using it.
